The fine
print.

This work is human-made. That is the whole point, and it is also the legal position.

01 — Copyright

Everything here is owned.

All writing, artwork, photography, film, page designs and the DOORMAN graphic novel on this site are the copyright of Mark Diaco unless credited otherwise. DOOR and The Door Policy © DOOR Studios Pty Ltd. Production photography remains the copyright of the photographers credited on each page.

02 — Privacy

What happens to your details.

If you knock, the name, email and message you write are used for one thing: replying to you. They are not added to a mailing list, not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not passed to any third party beyond the email provider that carries the message.

Ask and your details are deleted — hello@markdiaco.com. Purchases are handled by the store's payment provider; card details never touch this site.

03 — Shipping & returns

Limited means limited.

Orders ship from Melbourne with Australia Post, within [X] business days, with tracking emailed once posted. Shipping within Australia is charged by order weight from $12; the V.I.P. Artist Edition ships free. Checkout currently accepts Australian addresses only; for overseas orders, knock for a quote. Overseas buyers pay any import duties and taxes.

If an order arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, email [ORDERS EMAIL — suggest hello@markdiaco.com] within 7 days of delivery with photos, and it will be replaced or refunded. Lost parcels are resent or refunded. As limited, hand-numbered editions, DOORMAN orders can't be returned for change of mind. None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
